"I needed to let you know what a wonderful experience I had with your company. First of all, I called and spoke with a representative. I told her I had no intention of buying

anything right now but I did have several questions. She happily answered all of them and even gave me a reference if I wanted to call back. I went ahead and placed an order

a week later over the phone. Again, the rep I spoke with was more than happy to accommodate me, even though I had even more questions. She explained everything in perfect

detail and went so far as to have Doug in the graphics department send me not 1, not 2, but 3 different pictures of layouts (both digital and an actual photograph of the jersey

before it went to print)! I changed specs on the jerseys twice and even called a few days earlier to add on to my order, and through all this, I never heard a sigh on the other end

of the phone or an attitude that one comes to expect when you change stuff last-minute. I could actually HEAR the smiles on everyone I spoke with.

This has to be the best customer service I have EVER received. Oh yeah, and the jerseys are pretty sweet too!
