	If you need your items by a specific date, please include the date on the comment section. Some items ship within 2-3 days, but if they are custom made, printed or if it is the busy season for your sport, it will take longer. High School Musical costumes may take about a week (group orders longer), so please let us know when your performance is scheduled in the comment section. Watch your emails - we will contact you by email if we have questions or can't meet your deadline. If you are in a rush and one of the sizes you ordered is on backorder from the warehouse, we will substitute the next closest size so we can meet your deadline. We may upgrade your shipping to a faster, more dependable service, at our expense - no extra charge for you. We usually ship UPS to both US and international customers because they are the BEST company in terms of dependable delivery times, but we can't control the weather or customs and are not responsible if they are unable to deliver as planned because of weather or customs delays. Please plan ahead and order early! You will receive your tracking numbers via email from UPS when your order ships - you can track it at www.ups.com or call 800-PICKUPS. We ship to virtually all countries. If you are an international customer and getting a message that we don't ship to your country, here are some reasons why that error may be showing: - payment choice: Google checkout is US only, try PayPal or Checkout Now instead - shipping choice: USPS is for small orders only, try UPS instead International customers: your country will most likely charge you some sort of customs duty or import VAT on your items. UPS or the postal service will collect these fees when they deliver your box and then remit them to your countries taxation/customs office. If you have any questions, please contact your customs office before placing your order. We aren't responsible for these customs fees and can't predict what they may be for each country. These are not additional shipping fees, but taxes your country is charging you to receive them.
